Closing Date

Deadline for application fee (registration of choirs to apply in NSICC) is 31 March 2008 and participation fee (for participants) is 30 May 2008.

Registration Documents

The following documents must be provided by the closing date:

• A completed registration form (organizational data)
• Receipt of the Application Fee & Participation Package with “purpose of payment” listed as “M8 - Name of choir”
• Audio recording (CD or cassette) of the participating choir with date of recording indicated. The recording should be recorded with the last two years.
• 7 copies of each score from the proposed repertoire
• A short biography of the choir on CD in MS-Word format (.doc)
• A photograph of the choir in a form suitable for reproduction: minimum 12 x 7.5 cm and a minimum of 300 dpi for digital images. Submit digital copies on CD in jpeg, jpg format.
• Please label all recordings, photographs, and other material with the choir’s name.
• Choirs choosing to compete in more than one category should submit separate form A2 for each category.
