Application Fee (per Choir)
Each choir must pay the Application Fee with submission of the application form no later than 31 March 2008. There will be no refund of the Application Fee for any cancellation or disqualification.
- One/first category: US $350
- Further category(ies): US $250 per category, not to exceed two additional categories
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:
Choirs who apply on or before 28 February 2008 will receive a 10% discount.
- One/first category:
US $350 = US $315
- Further category(ies):
US $250 = US $225 per category, not to exceed two additional categories

- A deposit of 50% of the Accomodation Package must be paid by 30 April 2008 and the balance of payment must be made no later than 30 May 2008.
- There will be no refund of fees after 30 May 2008.
- The Competition staff reserves the right to determine the specific accommodations of each participant.
The Accommodation Package includes:
- Organizational costs
- Program Book ( 1 for 5 person)
- Entrance fee to all competitions
- Accommodation for 4 nights
- check-in: 22 June 2008, after 12.01 pm
- check-out: 26 June 2008, before 11.00 am
- Dinner on 22 June 2008; breakfast, lunch, & dinner on 23-25 June 2008; and breakfast on 26 June 2008. (11 meals total)
- T-shirt for each person
- Local transportation
- Airport Transfer
